About

More than ten years of IT leadership, in companies where operations cannot stop and compliance is not optional. The work: IT strategy and budget, building the team, and reporting to the board. Today, in port logistics in Antwerp, that means renewing the IT landscape and leading the NIS2 programme, while daily operations keep running.

Empowering teams is what InvisionIT stands for. At Biocartis the applications team grew from 1 to 15 people, and later into an IT organisation of 25 with a €7M budget. That team supported the company through its stock market listing, the move to commercial operations, a cloud ERP, ISO 27001 certification and a new production line. At Euphony, a team of 14 developers worked across Belgium and the UK.

Twenty years in development, BI and IT leadership, in life sciences, retail and logistics. That breadth means understanding how a business actually runs, and makes it natural to build bridges between IT, the business, partners and the board.

At home in the boardroom, and just as ready to roll up the sleeves. Getting things done, together.

Focus areas

Strategy and governance. IT roadmap, budget and portfolio, business cases, and reporting to the board.

Building teams. Growing and structuring IT teams, hiring and developing people, and managing vendors and partners.

Applications and development. ERP, CRM and core-system replacement, including Dynamics 365, in-house software development, and the integrations between systems.

Infrastructure and operations. Network, datacentre, cloud, disaster recovery and service desk, renewed without disrupting daily operations.

Data and AI. BI and data platforms that turn data into decisions, and AI applied where it genuinely simplifies processes, with clear rules for its use, rather than following the hype.

Security and compliance. ISO 27001 (PECB Certified Lead Implementer), NIS2, GxP and ISO 13485.
